The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Friends of Hua Hsia Chinese Tuition was called to order at 1:50pm on 18/11/2007 in Haverstock School by Katja Ting. Ellie Jerkins explained the current situation regarding the previous incarnation of the charity. Katja Ting talked about the opportunity presented to us, to create a new version of the charity to benefit the school by offering cultural activities, to include projects with the British Museum and an exclusive viewing of the Terracotta soldiers' exhibition with student presenters and teacher resources.
